Adventure Motorcycles Shipping Policy

 

Welcome to Adventure Motorcycles! We are committed to providing you with the best service possible, including clear and transparent shipping information. Please read our policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Tuesday-Friday).

  • Orders are not shipped Saturday, Sunday or Mondays or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Ireland.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 

We offer shipping to addresses within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • We do not currently ship to the rest of the United Kingdom or other international destinations.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after order processing.

  • Cost: Flat rate of €12.90 per order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €300.00.

Expedited Shipping (Ireland Only)

  • We do not offer expedited shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

  • Adventure Motorcycles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Damages

 

  • Adventure Motorcycles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
