Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address at your own expense: Adventure Motorcycles Ireland, Unit 35, Gorey Business Park, Gorey, Wexford, Y25YH24. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Special Order Items & Restocking Fee

  • Definition of Special Order Items: Special order items are products that are not generally stocked in our store or warehouse and are ordered specifically for you at your request. These items may include, but are not limited to, custom configurations, non-standard sizes, unique colours, or products with a long lead time.
  • Cancellation Policy for Special Order Items: Once a special order item has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled without incurring a fee, as outlined below.
  • Change of Mind Returns for Special Order Items: If you change your mind about a special order item after it has been delivered or is ready for collection, and the item is in its original, unopened, and resalable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, handling, and potential depreciation of a product that is not part of our regular inventory.
  • Exceptions to Restocking Fee: The restocking fee will not be applied if:
    • The special order item is faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
    • There was an error on the part of Adventure Motorcycles Ireland in fulfilling your special order
